Shipping & Payment Information

Our online shop is operated from our Hamburg shop, using the same stock. We pack and post all orders ourselves, aiming to dispatch orders within 3 days, but often already on the same day.

Exception: some Bags & Pouches by QWSTION take up to 1 week for delivery. Some products by weld & co take up to 4 weeks delivery time. Please check the product description and feel free to contact us if you have any questions. We will confirm the delivery time after placing your order.

Prepayment within 14 days to our bank account

Order confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order. Please check the email and if you have any questions or concerns, email or give us a call right away. We will respond as soon as we can Monday through Saturday, during shop hours.

Shipping

All Orders are shipped via DHL or Deutsche Post with tracking. Except "Maxibrief" within Germany – this is a normal letter sent via Deutsche Post.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout.

Like other small businesses, due to the new EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR), we unfortunately cannot offer shipping to other EU countries for the time being. Anywhere outside of the EU, we still ship and you can choose between Premium (faster delivery) or Standard Shipping. To get more information about the delivery time please contact us.

Free Shipping

If you spend over 90 €, we’ll send your items to anywhere in Germany without any shipping costs.

Returns

If there are any problems with your order please let us know as soon as possible.

Disclaimer: The legal right of revocation of the order applies within the EU and has to be communicated in written form within 14 days of receiving the order. The shipping costs for returns in case of revocation are to be paid by the customer.
