The Travel Almanac explores the topics of traveling and temporary habitation from the personal perspectives of innovative figures in the fashion, music, art, and film worlds. Addressing an increasingly mobilized creative community, it is the first publication of its kind to speak to this sophisticated generation of travelers. The 22nd edition of The Travel Almanac themed “Performance” includes a treasure trove of iconic personalities and their very own adventurous journeys. Activist, artist and bewitching vocalist ANOHNI dives deep into the inspirations for her highly anticipated new album and shares advice on keeping the performance private, while rising art star Esben Weile Kjær identifies the performative potential of staged disasters and repurposed media for his artistic output. Last, but by no means least, in conversation with friend and collaborator Shygirl, TTA is proud to present Lourdes Leon, who reveals how shows of royal pedigree have instilled in her the very highest of standards in regard to the art of performance.
